We understand that from time to time you cannot make it to an event that you have registered for and often there is an excellent reason why you cannot make it.
We will do everything possible to soften the impact of your cancellation however, due to the costs that we have already incurred in developing and hosting the training program, refunds are not possible if the cancellation is received within 14 days of the event date.
Our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below.
Training programs
 Up to 15 days prior to the event - 100% refund, but an administartion charge of 20% will be levied
Between 14 and 8 days prior to event date -30% refund, but an administrative charge will be levied
7 working days prior to the event date - No refund
Knowledge Shop Professional Development
As part of their membership, member firms of the Knowledge Shop are entitled to send participants at a preferential rate of 50% of the course fees.
